As to the first bit, selling after the money has been paid (today) does not seem to make sense (not funding your purchase any more) unless people have decided to hold the stock as convertible notes and sell off their initial holdings?
Its a good point on the 4.7c, but 3.9 honestly seems a little low so I was wondering if anything else (ie more trouble) is in the works. Maybe its just the market having a burst of pessimism ,it is HGO after all.
