Exposing the statement by the company that they couldn't take the LWP investment in FRB to shareholders as they didnt have enough time before the float.
Perhaps they didnt have anything to take to shareholders just that money had been transferred out. The last cash flow 4C said their was still $100k to come back in from the ill fated investment even thought the company said it would be repaid straight away.
