The map shows high levels of Lithium Mica. (back when that was considered sexy talk in Feb).
Lithium mica is lepidolite.

I guess you could argue that its spodumene with a high level of mica. I'm not a geo.

I'm not interested in the technicalities of the patent suit, who wins or loses etc, but it definitively proves that there are at the very least very high levels of mica at PLS and that a flotation circuit is required (with attendant enviro delays) to produce a quality product that matches Galaxy.
Either that or production hinges on LIT's deal with its additional capex and future construction.
This map shows info that runs counter to what is presented by some of the big posters on PLS.
No mica at PLS is simply not true.
As for Shandong Ruifu. This is a 5 year plan.
They are at pilot plant level.
btw: where do I find that info - it's not on their site and they're pretty boasty about all future plans?
The required capacity to process the DSO is not online yet - and the plants often take at least a year to build.
The fact remains that GXY is sending them spodumene currently that meets their current carbonate capacity.
How fast and how much of their future capacity they are able to bring online quickly is unknown. Delays happen in construction and they are a small company in the lithium world.
A conservative analyst would place risk on any promises of future capacity expansion.

The numbers that @Rlith gave you were then backed up by Hartley's today - even taking much lower estimates.
Perhaps it will all work out as you say.
