I get the feeling that the announcement was meant to calm shareholders who were concerned with the debt, but the issue of shares has created doubt about the cash position.
Considering the current circumstances I can't see why a net debt or cash at bank figure was not provided.

Aggressive payments in cash suggests everything is ok, however we can't be sure. So back to guessing. Got to start thinking whether this is intentional or not, as these announcements with partial information are having a reverse effect on share price.
