my understanding is that they have so much FE they don't even know how to count it, also even if the chinese want to be involved they might be hard pressed getting past the japanese who have had their foot in the door for the past 12 months or more.
at $2.40-$2.50 many of your friends will be quite envious of your strategic buys 12 months from now.
