    very good point. Repackaged in chinese labels could be seen as strategy the Chinese government would employ to try kick start the local brand sales. I heard that they have tightened regulations on the numerous local company's that produce formula and milk products. I think they want to promote China mainland sales as much as possible and also be seen t be trying to make them safer.

    There is always some legitimacy and doubt in China on fake and copy cat products especially in food and health. so why would you pay double or triple price for a local brand or potentially fake product if you were not 100% sure it came from a foreign shelf?

    Just my take and through feedback from circles of Chinese friends. But then again these undesirable people can just as easily copy the English branded tins now so at the end of the day you don't really know what you buy here I still think getting these specific products from overseas, Australia , USA or Europe is the safest way to be here.

    Too many desperate people her who will make money out of anything and anyone. Not all people are bad as in any country. Good and bad folk. Just gotta be careful
