that's exactly what we have to work out - and work it out very quick - which is exactly why in my first post here - I said, why limit ourselves to what we have or a republic - because - in a while neither are going to cut the mustard.
Before we had planes - we didn't even think of air traffic control - nor owership of airspace or anything like it -
but, once we started leaving the surface of the earth - we had to put things in place pretty soon after.
Well - that requires legislation - and, all I am saying is that within half a century - we are going to have huge social and technological shifts going on in very very very short periods of time - and our present system will not possibly cope -
so - what will the new system be?
Bugged if I know - many on here are only thinking at the level of if it's working ok atm - then, do nothing.
It's like seeing a huge storm coming fast and we are heading into it at full sail - but, we are going ok atm - so, don't change anything
