Big money follows big money, Petersons will follow the money, and that is the turnaround story with Merchants.
merchants are not against Joanna, they are pro Joanna and will keep here on as a director.
Joanna will still be head at 1page, but their cash burn will be scaled right back to where it should be for a co. with $760 k revenue . The cash will be used to grow new businesses, and 1page will move forward based on achieving incentive milestones. IMO
