does anyone consider the military coup in Thailand and the proposed amendment to the Foreign Business Act by the new govt. This FBA restricts foreign shareholding in various selected activities in Thailand,
in addition to those restrictions under other specific industry related laws.
Have ave no idea whether the proposed FBA will affect foreign ownership of petroleum resources. is it going to affect the CVN production license or not.
