I have my own home and a roof over my head and I survive off the return I get from investment.
I have been into the stockmarket for years. But you know something I have never ever been interested in investment properties.
They are a very boring form of investment in my opinion and the sort of people who get into them are the worst type of people I know - air heads with NFI who are obsessed with keeping up with the Jones.
