The market cap/dilution is one factor of which even half-savvy investors are fully aware. Meerkat, you seem to have overestimated your own intelligence as an investor (and as a commentator on this thread), and have underestimated GPN's intergrity and potential as an explorer, which will, and has already, put this dilution factor to the test, (and has not held the Co. back from being reflective of a stock that the market likes).

Downramping solely on dilution is very poor. lol.

The current shareprice is indicative of the market's opinion of GPN's market cap & dilution levels.

Dilution is a simply a scar of past misfortune which unfortunately often gets used for downramping purposes, but the not-so-insightful, who mostly focus on dilution, moreso than the potential a company has to offer.

Dilution, if deemed necessary, can be easily addressed.
