How can GPN do a rights issue of YRR stock? Please explain as Ive never heard of that before.

I think GPN would be wise to do a restructure for no other reason than it creates a better perception in the investment community. Sounds silly, but there is always this stigma about penny stocks and consolidating may make the company more visible to more investors (although the way its trading atm there doesnt appear to be a lack of knowledge).

Then again the stock might hit 20c+ in the next year or two, and then no-one will care that there is 1.5bill shares.
