Managed to download the file the Report of Golder Associates at the end is the meat of the sandwich...interestingly doesn't throw around many figures except to say NPV is larger than capital costs...which is there arguement for it being feasible although they never mention how profitable it stands to be!?!? of interest from what I could understand all infrastructure of Citics block will be owned by PP under the lease agreement...I wonder if this guy has any daughters??
