    please explain what you mean by complete it internally.
    How can you say it will be drilled when the deal is not signed, and if the JV's pull out because the deal is not signed off on by the 31/12/2016, how can it be drilled?
    No one knows what stake NWE has yet, unless the deal has been tabled and the market hasnt yet been told.
