Minor detail but referring to buying a property from a "local businessman" is a bit quirky, perhaps given some history we are all aware of they could state clearly it was an "unrelated party".
Also $260k for 10 acres of undeveloped land with an industrial zoning is high in that area, $180k-$200k tops. Looks like we gifted them a 100k of shares as well.
Am cranky at this announcement so am being nitpicky...
