    The smelting and shipping costs for SMY were $A7.36 / lb for 3 mth to 30 sep and $A5.89 for previous quarter. This is equivalent to $US12656 - 10128 per t. This is one example of smelting costs. Another cost to include is Tas govt royalty at 5% of sales.
