Some silly beaver out there just paid 9.2 cents per share for 170,000 shares. I'm not sure whether to laugh or cry at the absurdity of it.
Some might try to argue that "oh but you get a 'free' unlisted option exercisable at 13.8 cents" however if you're confident enough to pay about a 20-30% premium right now then you might as well consider the option of 170,000 shares and 170,000 shares in lieu of options right now on market between 6.1-8 cents.
Seems very strange - perhaps the person had a faulty calculator.
