Remember that it is not cheap to acquire a good tenement or farm into someone elses, $3.7m can go pretty quick.
There is no doubt they will need placements to raise funds for exploration and possibly preparing to mine, like every other spec. Hopefully by that time the SP will be, say 30-50c (or more) so that the dilution factor will be less.
