Speaking of enigmas I spoke to the company secretary at Austpac after the announcement to see if there was anything to glean. He was as tight as a proverbial but he did let on that Austpac wrote a full disclosure. When it was passed by the other party before release they vetoed it and cited commercial sensitivity, they did not want their names mentioned. So we got the modified disclosure as it is very price sensitive to Austpac and they had to inform the market under the new continuous disclosure requirements.

Commercial sensitivity sounds good to me as it means it's really worth something to them whoever them really is.
