Why a placement, please give your reasons?
Last placement of BLR was actually a slow decline before the placement announcement, then a 10% rise after announcement, another slow decline to about 10% below price at time of ann, then a whoosh.
So why firstly a placement only 4 months after the last one, and secondly why would you expect this to have a negative material effect on the current shareprice?
