If I could answer that question with certainty I'd have retired by now.
The things that will change the share price will be:
* A recommendation on a popular tipping service
* An announcement from the company
* New broker rating
* Increase in dividend or just approaching the dividend
The half year results in Feb will be key.
With lots of money flowing into banks small caps will languish unfortunately.
