This is the one questionable stock I have in my portfolio. Mainly because its early days (typically I'll hold for a few years) and its hard to predict 'steady state' costs / revenues. I'm picking that they'll get around 15%+ more production (revenue) in the coming quarter and for the working cap to drop off - reading through the reports its possible some of last quarters working cap was development ground support in the access.
Whilst last quarter was a dud and the next one is unlikely to indicate being close to a $10m EBITpa I think if the next quarter is OK then the new haulage system should start to produce some real results.
It would also be good if management pulled out of the office in Pitt St and moved to Brisbane or Newcastle - need to see a bit of hunger in these guys - never liked lawyers as MD's....
