am i correct in thinking that Companies listed on ASX are only required under the listing rules to lodge their Half Year Report, Preliminary Final Report and Annual and are not required to provide a quarterly report.....

as the company quarterly reports are due before the 31st Jan.... is this a voluntary company announcement.....

never really taken notice B4...me bad..
