That, all main points are now agreed, the scope is larger than first anticipated at LOI stage, and that we are only waiting on legal, and the final sign.
If CYP gave away all the jewels, then expect a TO within 12 months as outlined here - re Fujis MO recently.
I'd expect from what I have read/ understand, is that we have a larger scope, but we still have to consider likes of Apceth who are after Cancer for example.
Not too long now if you believe management updates.
