A massive problem today (by way of overhang) if the SP absolutely plummets again is the fact that most margin lenders still offer 45-50% gearing on the stock
This is even after the antics a fortnight ago...
If the SP drops into the $1/2/3 range, I would expect the majority of margined players to cut their losses & dump their shares as opposed to fronting the margin call cash
I mentioned yesterday I'm eagerly awaiting the announcement as this story will be told for a long time to come.
