Why don't shareholders take this Co to task? Announcements made in march/july and august 06, signed off by James Wall,
announcing increases in resource value.
Suddenly in one announcement these all
disappear in the wind. No amount of words can explain the disappearance of these resources except to say that these
can only be described as fraudulent.
8/3/06: resource 253,000oz! 10/3/06 bonanza grade 214/gt etc - 22August-06,
zones could add significantly etc.etc. We now find that all these announcements were a load of hot air. I don't think any Co or it's elected spokesman should get away with hoodwinking investors on this scale. Forget about all your crappy arguments, these are the facts. So my question still is: Do investors have recourse to compensation ( no matter how small) in view of these farcical announcements?
