Lots of doomsayers out there. The company has a full right to suspend, and they have a responsibility to do it when market or regulatory forces create uncertainty. If they release a statement that creates more uncertainty, the SP will tank. Rather they suspend longer and throw out a bone to say, wait, we're busy working out the best deal to go forwards. Certainly they have been caught with their pants down. Certainly they were consuming too many cocktails at the AGM. Certainly they were careless in early December and did not do a proper market impact with the statement they released. Now they are on thin ice and they know it.
