I can understand why BAL was mentioning negotiation with key supplier, that is all due to one reason, because China new regulation requires 1 manufacturer to 3 brands (not the other way around also said by Andy Chen). BAL has this problem, but A2 don't, This is good news to us indeed.
Secondly since Commonwealth and UBS were borrowing stocks, but they did not expect the suspention has been extended for another 3 weeks, which will increase their holding cost, I would suspect they are not going to return until 13/01.
