"For the past 2 days volume has started to increase but closed on the red."
If you have access to all intraday trade data, it's useful to compare the volume done on down ticks versus volume done on upticks.
Often you'll see a daily close on a red candle with a downtick after 4pm but the intraday uptick volume was greater.
Right now, it's not worth the intraday research effort but it is clear the stock is being 'managed'.
There'll be more accumulation at possibly lower lows until the brakes get released.
