Absolute nonsense that winning the court case will unleash lots of sales. Up until the bondholders announced their dispute in late October, everything looked as stable as it will if CMQ win the case. If there were no customers interested in the 8 months from when the last sales were announced to when the dispute was announced, there is no reason to believe that things will be any different afterwards.

Same goes for capital raising... no sales, no more funding.
