Nice thought but it's never going to happen. Firearms are available on the black market. They are not cheap. For close personal protection a cut down pump action shotgun is preferable. Be prepared to do some serious time if you use it. Once you are inside, the bad guys will have a field day with your family and your property.

Far better to use less obvious items as weapons and claim self defence. Buy a samurai sword to hang on the wall, a childs aluminium baseball bat, a spray bottle filled with apple cider vinegar ( one in the eyes and it's all over), a machete for cutting up pumpkin, get a few of those pressure pak room insect sprays, you know the ones that keep spraying until they're finished. It's unlimited what you can use.

Most important of all. If you are unfortunate enough to need any of these you MUST tell the police that you were in fear of your life. DON'T say things like, ' he got what he deserved' Because our police are hopeless and will use it against you. All they care about is getting a conviction. Right or wrong doesn't come into it.
