    It still seems like there is some risk until patents are approved - particularly in the US and Europe.

    If I was Apple I'd just wait for some indication of outcomes from trials and go ahead and build it into the Health App in iOS. Apple would get it to market quicker and cheaper than ResApp ever could if theres no patents stopping them
