Have you revised your thinking on CA timeline and probability of success?
I think this morning i read you suggesting the possibility of it being brought forward unless I am mistaken. I haven't read all of the comments since then. If brought forward do you still see it taking years to fight out in court and would a potentially negative conclusion from ASIC expedite a settlement?
It is hard to make sense of the ongoing news and where the dust will eventually settle...
I am tempted at these levels but it strikes me as more of a gamble then an investment.
