No expert but I read it differently: AVL has to announce the resource with a minimum of at least 50 MT, only after that are the performance rights be exerciseable with in a time frame. What peoples are missing is the LEAST and AFTER announcement. Is Vincent compelled to announce at 50 MT. I don't think so.
WHose to say AVL will announce at 50 MT of Lithium LCE? I don't know how this works in real time, but my thought is after troweling through rubble long enough you would get good indication of a resource. Vincent might be able to infer a resource up and above 50 MT well before researching a 50 MT figure and opt out or in with an announcement.
