I think lots of us wonder why this happened to IMU's sp after the announcement. I think few of us made some losses since yesterday.

One explanation that can be given is that daytraders dominate biotechs. Using maxima & minima points analysis some trading patterns can be explained.

Since Oct 2006 IMU sp has had the following major

Now that most day-traders have taken their profits, would the next move be upwards and IMU's sp will re-test 45 cents?

Very often stocks don't go up after an positive announcement until 2-3 days later.

Nevertheless, I had to prove whether my observations are correct and doubled up at the days lows today. The next few days will prove me right or wrong.

Any comments from technical analysis experts out there?
