If some one is secretly/ icebregedly selling into the 18 cent line then that is distribution???
There is only 600k on the sell side, yet apparently 1.4 million hidden? With an hour before open why not stick a bid at 18 of 1 million shares and see if it disappears as it gets closer to the open???
