Pixie this isn't all bad news for long term holders.

You'll get $1.30 for a 59 cent investment and a 1 for 1 share for the rest of QGC's assets which STO state is worth 50 cents.

Even if STO start developing the other tenements straight away you will see a stagnant price for a while because it will be putting QGC in the same situation it was 2 years ago.(A whole heap of great ground that needs developing).

But I reckon don't accept and let the bidding war start.
