rhysyjones - I am no longer holding because I think it has got ahead of itself re share price to earnings. Having said that I really like the company as it ticks all the boxes as far as I am concerned - re the business model & business sector it plays in. I am starting to have a few regrets now as I sold at about $3.30 for a good profit. I have been holding out for it to go sub $3.00 to get back in but I just missed out so I am a bit disappointed it has gone back to $3.40+ and I am not on it.

I see no issue re Costa Group and land rents. Costa brothers no longer involved in mgt and they now only hold approx 25% of the business. Frank is the only Costa on the board and everyone I have known who does business with him state he is the most honest business man they have ever met. The land rental agreements - as far as I am aware - were done at market rates. The time period was to ensure certainty for the float.

In summary a solid, profitable company - I just hope the SP falls so I can jump back in.
