We can expect Bernardi to push his Christian intolerance on the rest of us:
1. Gay men and women want to get married like in the UK, US, Ireland, NZ, South Africa, France, Canada etc. Gay people don't care if Christians want to marry the opposite sex or the same sex. Of course, this is not good enough for Christian's who want to keep the ban on gay marriage.
2. Women who want a legal abortion are quite happy if Christians choose not to have an abortion. Of course, this is not good enough for Christians who want to ban abortion for everyone.
3. Couples who want IVF are quite happy if Christians do not want to use IVF but of course, this is not good enough for Christians who wants to ban IVF for everyone.
4. A man suffering terminal cancer in agony wants euthanasia but is happy to let Christians die in agony if they choose. This is not good enough for christians who support a ban on euthanasia for everyone.
5. Atheists are not concerned if Christians go to the local public school. However, this is not good enough for
Christians who want mandatory scripture in public schools as well as government fundng for their own separatist schools.
