all of us here are frustrated up to the neck with overseas call centers, especially me , as i voted for Pauline.

i agree that Adelaide, which i am fairly sure is a large country town in the foothills of Sth OZ, certainly has issues with freedom of speech .

ps-ironically though, i never try and resolve an issue with Telstra over the phone. i always try and visit my local Telstra shop.
