I know a guy who managed to pay of his bank debt. Doesn't mean SGH is also going to pay of their debt.

Anything put together by Rob Terry is 99.9% likely to be fraud. NIHL included. The NIHL portfolio was put together by RT paying external companies to collect claimants via spam calls (which were actually banned by UK regulation). hence 99.99999% likely to result in disaster (i.e. little to no settlements by SGH). When you factor in historical settlements across the UK, anything over 1000 NIHL settlements becomes increasingly unlikely.

Finally if you actually read the Gotham city 74 page report (some great analysis here on QUINDELL), you will understand that anything Rob Terry did, included putting together a NIHL portfolio, is a complete disaster. Some classic highlights include:

    - Quindell listed a NY office and an indian office. Gotham visited the location of the NY office and the receptionist said he never heard of the company
    - Almost all of Quindell's revenue comes from itself
    - RT claims to have invested £12m of his on money in Quindell, when in actual fact he spent that money on improving his golf course/country club
    + many many more

Read this article which links to the gotham report:

p.s. some of you may ask, then what about the PSD put together by RT, surely that is a fraud / worthless too. Well yes it is obviously worth much less than the $1.2bn that SGH paid for it, but now it is up to AG to try and attach some tangible value to it, rather than a fraud RT.
