Should've added that if he sold his 3.5M MNS holdings @ 77c it would generate $2.7M.
I don't know his tax situation but he is eligible for the CGT discount so let's assume he is left with $2M in the hand after GCT.
He could buy $2M x VRC @ 5.7c = roughly 35M VRC shares
Add that onto his existing 8.25M VRC and he would have 43.25M VRC
This would put him at position 2 on the the top 20 shareholders list under Kabunga Holdings and just under the 5% substantial holder notice (>5% shares held)
That would send a very clear signal of his level of confidence of getting Volt into production.
All the above calculations were rounded down at each step and some assumptions made. Just having a crack at figuring out how many VRC he could buy with his current MNS holdings. It's getting late so hopefully my maths is correct
