Call it what you like but when many of the trades are in the 200/500 shares range & one I also saw yesterday - one share traded at 6.95 - I believe some sort of automated trading & no or minimal fees for small but certain gain.
Low SP. Five years to first oil a drag but be sure the market wld. anticipate that by 1/2 years.
But there is strong competition for punters dollar. I can name 1/2 doz. just in the oil / gas sector with apparent certain multi bag gains with seemingly giveaway prices - some of which I also hold in great expectation & frustration.
