So they're building a pilot for $125k. What do you suppose happens on completion of the pilot? The DoD, and all other agencies will just have the models for free?
They've also been building models for/with other partners that they're not getting paid for, and wont until in use by end users, but no one is commenting how bad these partnerships are.... maybe because they're not...
Is this really a bad deal?
