    Hi people, anyone care to hazard a guess as to who if anyone might buy LHG, when they are likely to do it, and what the buy-out terms / price would be?

    I'm only new to this, but most friendly takeover bids I have observed are around 20% to 30% above current trading prices.

    My guess is that if LHG is bought by an aussie equity then it will be a scrip based transaction.

    Just wondering whether anyone has read anything on this topic lately...
