On fee basis somewhere between 1.5% and sometimes up to 3% or more.
With 900k you should have a bit of clout in negotiating and dont sign anything until you have negotiated. They should also give a complete breakdown of the fee structure and the range of services rendered. Make sure they also have at least one, pref. two or three, research sources.
These days they are hungry for business so dont be shy about beating down entry/exit fees as well.
