It's looking further and further unlikely that Valentia are going to come through. 9weeks after last announce from them. Last EVM threat of breach was some time ago - the lawyers need to issue the formal breach notice to see if that does anything.

RA solar looks like same boat. are they waiting on Val before getting involved?

Hopefully SH don't lose to much of Val is dissolved.

EVM often pull the rabbits out of the hat and keep ticking along but I think they've lost the rabbit and possibly even the hat.
