The evidence that LNP would have lost if Abbott was leader lays with a poll in the week before the election that showed LNP would have lost 29 seats. The same poll got the result of the election with Turnbull leading spot on.
In regards to refugees There is no mistake those figures are from the US administration. Fact is Syria is an Islamic country, 87% are Islamic.
