Someone who puts others before themselves and doesn't have a political agenda/ideology to push, nor has a chip on their shoulder.
Someone we don't need to cringe about.
They should be selected from ordinary Australian's who do extraordinary things getting their hands dirty helping others, (not from media constructs that lead to disappointment).
