The hell? What, you believe without immigration there would be no rape? Or do you simply believe it doesn't count if the rapist is a nice white boy?
Germany has the better part of 10,000 reported rapes a year, and an estimated ten times that many unreported ones. That rate that was quite constant way before the current surge in immigration. That's not an unusual rate - pretty much everywhere you go, there are men who believe they own women and have the right to do whatever they want with their bodies. The fact that some resort to devices like that in the OP is testament to the fear many feel every single day.
